Returns
We want your Peach Pup experience to be pawfect so we're really sorry that you need to return your item/s.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
You will need to pay for return postage. Return postage costs will only be refunded if the item arrived damaged/faulty or if you received the wrong item. Photographic proof of the damaged/faulty/wrong item will be required and original postage costs will be refunded once damage/fault has been reviewed and if the claim is genuine.
Returns will need to be sent to the address provided by the Peach Pup team once your return is accepted.
Peach Pup cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return if you use an untracked delivery service and do not obtain proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), sale items, gift cards or items won from competitions cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The best way to exchange an item is to contact peachpupuk@outlook.com to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that postage costs will not be refunded for exchanges.
